Insurance Guidelines

The Insurance Guidelines outline the Association’s and Owner’s responsibility to insure, claims procedures and the responsibility for payment of deductibles. In the event of a loss, these Insurance Guidelines should be provided to the Owner’s individual insurance provider to help process the claim.
