The Association has a bulk agreement with Comcast Xfinity which provides all homeowners with equipment and services.
Each Unit package includes:

- One X1 HD Cable Box
- One Voice Remote
- Up to two additional HD DTA boxes
- One XB3 WiFi Modem and dual bandwidth
