We’re excited to announce we have migrated the Association accounting for the Racquet Club to a new software provider, AppFolio Property Manager

  • Payments can be made through the portal, either as one-time or they can be set up to recur each month automatically. For owners whose payments we have processed on your behalf previously, we encourage you to set up automatic payments through the portal, so you are in control. However, if you prefer, we can still process for you, just let us know.
  • Anytime you log in to your account after the 17th of the month, the “Balance Due” will reflect the upcoming month’s charges.
  • Creating portal credentials will enable automatic dues reminders each month, two days prior to the start of the month. If you prefer, you can disable this feature or we can do it for you.
  • Cable and Internet: Each unit comes with Xfinity equipment and services, a mandatory part of ownership.
  • Club Dues: Each unit comes with a family membership that transfers with the property. Club membership is a mandatory part of ownership at the Vail Racquet Club.
  • Operating Assessment: The operating portion is used for regular expenses including painting, snow removal, trash, water, and sewer.
  • Capital Assessment: The capital portion is used for larger items including roofs, decks, and major asphalt replacement.
