VRC Townhome Asphalt Project

This year’s Townhome Asphalt Project involves:

1. Removal of all existing asphalt beginning in front of townhome E and around to the end of townhome G. (where the asphalt work ended last year) down to roughly the middle of building G.
2. Cut and remove all asphalt and install a concrete drain pan.
3. Grade and replace asphalt.

The road through the townhomes will be barricaded from the east end of townhome G down to the east end of townhome B for most of the project which means that you will not be able to drive to or park in front of buildings D, E, F, G and H (map attached).

Assuming weather, crews, equipment, etc. don’t derail us, the work will take approximately 3 weeks to complete.
