Renovation Packet

All construction and remodels must be scheduled in the off seasons and completed Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9am – 5pm and Fridays from 9am – 2pm only.

Contractors must provide the VRC with a current Certificate of Insurance, a signed copy of the Remodel & Construction Rules and any applicable Town of Vail permits before work may begin.

Please note, Owners are not allowed to alter the common elements of the Association without the express written consent of the Board of Directors. A Design Review must be completed and submitted for review.
